Understanding many of you have likely heard these questions before, allow me to thank you in advance for taking time to once again respond and answer the new gal on the block.

There's no hiding that I'm excited that the fruits of my labor are about to exposed to the world, so I won't try to fake a blush and be humble as I share, for I am proud of what I have created.

I am the creator and sole owner of http://www.Shop5thAvenue.com ... A soon to be THE Online High End Luxury Store featuring more than 350 luxury gifts and gift items. As I near completion of the site and prepare for Shop 5th Avenue's grand opening on August 1st, I would now like to find a partner or investor to work with.

I have more than $50K in work invested in www.Shop5thAvenue.com ... My 20+ years of marketing and sales allows for me to fully understand the concept of advertising and branding as the key to a successful business. Hence, my desire to partner up with an individual that can bring value and be an asset to me, as much as me to him or her.

Amazingly, without submitting any of shop5thavenue.com's URL's or a sitemap for the website, Shop5thAvenue.com is already RANKING #10 to #11 on Google for the search term 'luxury gift' and RANKING #23 to #25 for the search term 'luxury gifts' And, www.shop5thavenue.com has a page rank of 3, unheard of for a site that not only has not launched, but is still under construction. This confirms that shop5thavenue.com will be in the top 3 in a matter of months! Maybe even sooner! *Google Rank status as of 06/29/07

A tremendous amount of work has gone into SEO for shop5thavenue.com which explains why shop5thavenue.com is ranking. As a rule, 99.99% of all websites never rank on the front page of Google for their specific keywords, not even after being in business for 2, 3 or even 10 years. And yet shop5thavenue.com is on the first page while it is still under construction and before it even opens for business.

With more than 350 luxury gift items, including an exclusive several items such as the Brad Pitt / Angelino Jolie Baby Shilo $17,000 Diamond Pacifier, www.shop5thavenue.com features the most exclusive luxury gifts available. I did my research well in advance and went to great lengths to make sure that what I am offering is unique from that of any other website.

Shop5thAvenue's Luxury Gifts range in price from $15.50 to $17,000, allowing every visitor the opportunity to gift a gift of luxury or treat themselves to one.

Now, that I've told you my entire story (I told you I'm proud of it) what I am seeking is an investor loan with Shop 5th Avenue as collateral or a partnership (49%)...

And so I ask, where is the best place to start? Where do I begin? This is not my first business, but it is the first business where I've decided to gain either a partner or investor.

Thank you answering and for letting me share...

Madison D.

I'm back on the forums if you still want to pick someones brains. You can shoot me a PM or just comment here.

Not sure what on your site would require a lot of investment; looks like you have a lot of your groundwork done.

When I'm not making up new company ideas here I'm arguing engineering at CR4: The Engineers Place for News and Discussion as The Feature Creep.
