I there a difference in how one would sorce V C for realestate deals as opposed to other types of deals?

I have real estate that I want to develope.

Sigh. Once again, class, repeat after me:

VCs do not fund real estate deals!

VCs have websites. On these websites they list what they invest in, and often what they do not invest in. Please take some time and do a little research.
